Anselmo Silva

Anselmo Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile methodologies and leadership roles within technology-driven organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery at DAZN since May 2019, Anselmo manages Technical Programme Managers and Scrum Masters, overseeing 13 engineering teams and key initiatives to enhance outcomes and team experiences. Previous roles at DAZN include Agile Lead and Agile Coach, where Anselmo built and structured the agile coaching function, supporting organizational change and coaching multiple product engineering teams. Anselmo's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Leaseweb, PagSeguro UOL, and Sorte Online, focusing on agile transformation and team management. Anselmo's foundational career began as a Software Engineer at Invit Information Services, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
