Ofir Hadary has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ofir started their career in 2010 as a Personal Banker at the First International Bank of Israel, where they specialized in providing professional financial services to clients in the public sector. Ofir worked in this role until 2015.
In 2017, Ofir joined Udi Dagan Insurance as a Customer Service Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Customer Service, Relation, and Sales teams. Ofir worked closely with the CEO to solve problems using data-driven approaches and monitored employee productivity. Ofir held this position until 2019.
In 2020, Ofir transitioned into the education sector and worked as a Literature and Bible Teacher at HaKfar HaYarok. Ofir taught these subjects for a year, until 2021.
Later in 2021, Ofir joined Wiz as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, they provided ongoing support to the Talent Acquisition Team, working on the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Ofir collaborated with the HR Manager to ensure a positive candidate experience from profile to employment proposals. Their time at Wiz ended in November 2021.
Presently, Ofir is working as an Operations Manager at Dazz, a position they started in October 2021.
Ofir Hadary began their education in 2012 at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, where they pursued a field of study in Behavioral Sciences for a duration of three years, graduating in 2015. Following this, Ofir attended the Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and the Arts from 2020 to 2022. During their time at Kibbutzim College, Ofir focused on becoming a Literature and Bible Teacher and earned a Bachelor of Education degree in this field.
