Doug Banks is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the brewing and food industries. As Technical Manager at DB Breweries, Doug has applied expertise gained from previous roles, including serving as a Microbiologist in the Prepared Foods Division at General Foods NZ from 1971 to 1973. Doug's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree and a diploma in brewing from Auckland University and the Siebels Institute Brewing, complemented by studies in Botany and Cell Biology. Doug is also a Fellow of the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (FIBD).
