Ted Rosenbaum

Ted Rosenbaum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transportation engineering and railway operations. Currently serving as a Sr Consultant at DB E.C.O. North America Inc. since January 2022, Ted previously held the position of Principal Consultant at Hatch LTK from June 2012 to December 2021. In addition, Ted managed Railway Operations and Asset Planning at LTK Australia between January 2019 and November 2020. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior roles also include Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley and Marine Engineer at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
