Esref Lay

Esref Lay is a Senior Projektleiter at DB Engineering & Consulting since May 2024, focusing on infrastructure and mobility projects in Germany. Previously, Esref Lay served as a Senior Projektmanager at THOST Projektmanagement GmbH while also holding a role in Teilprojektleitung for functional buildings at PreussenElektra, overseeing construction projects related to nuclear power facilities. Additional experience includes project leadership for renovation projects at Mecklenburgische Versicherungsgruppe and various construction management roles at N2M Architektur & Stadtplanung GmbH, ASP Architekten, and SEYSTA. Notably, Esref Lay contributed to earthquake remediation efforts in Christchurch, New Zealand.
