Eleanor Claire Parkinson

Eleanor Claire Parkinson has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Duty Route Manager and Duty Resource Centre Manager at East Midlands Railway since April 2013. Prior to this, Eleanor was involved in event management, providing operational and logistical support for a friend's business after a 12-year tenure with British Midland International, where Eleanor held the position of Senior Operations Controller. Notably, Eleanor acted as Operations Control Duty Manager, playing a key role in strategic decision-making during critical operational situations, including a major emergency incident at Heathrow Airport. Eleanor's educational background includes an Art Foundation degree from Cordwainers College and study at Mackworth Art College.
