Monique Cole-Green

Monique Cole-Green is the Director of New York City’s Industrial & Transportation Workforce System with five locations throughout NYC. As a sector-focused system, they place over 3,000 candidates annually in skilled vocations. Under her leadership, ITC also launched several training initiatives which included Cable Installation, Wood working, Cool Roof’s Green Training, and in 2018-2019 an accelerated apprenticeship program for CNC Machinist. Monique has worked with Grant Associates since 2009 holding various titles from Career Advisor/Trainer to Business Services Manager. Her work was recognized by The NYC Employment & Training Coalition as the recipient of Bonnie Potter Workforce Staff Award-Supervisory in 2017. She has over 10 years of business to business sales/development, public relations, and project management experience previously working in the recording, television and film industries. Monique holds a bachelor’s degree in Media Studies and Business Administration from the City University of New York at Queens College.
