Peter Kondratowicz

Peter Kondratowicz has been with Grant Associates since early 2006, focusing primarily on coordinating strategic projects across the company’s entire portfolio of programs. He has provided infrastructural support to individual programs and their customer-facing units by conducting feasibility studies on operational improvements, designing, streamlining and integrating business processes, as well as developing and configuring MIS solutions for related data processing. In his current position, Peter directly manages the Performance Analytics & Validation Unit which leads the company’s centralized progress-to-goal tracking and performance outcome policy compliance monitoring efforts. Prior to joining Grant Associates, Mr. Kondratowicz lived and worked abroad, professionally focusing on supporting free-market transformation of the Central European emerging economies. He holds a master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics in Poland.
