Douglas Caraway

Douglas Caraway has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Douglas worked at Lockheed Martin from 2017 to the present, holding various roles such as Production Operations Senior Manager, Build Team Manager, Operations Engineer, and Operational Excellence Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Dewolff, Boberg and Associates as a Project Manager from 2002, and later as Chief of Operations from 2009. Additionally, Douglas served as the Coordinating Manager at Jeld-Wen from 1988 to 2002. Overall, they have extensive experience in project management, operations, and engineering.

Douglas Caraway pursued their education from 1979 to 1988 at the Oregon Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Management.
