Roberto Carcangiu is a distinguished figure in the culinary field, serving as the owner of R.C. Food Consulting since January 2000, where contributions include editorial collaborations with renowned industry publications and orchestrating prestigious gala events, such as the Venice Film Festival's closing gala. In addition, Roberto holds the role of Educational Director at Congusto Gourmet Institute and serves as Scientific Director for Italian Gourmet at DBInformation, demonstrating a commitment to culinary education and innovation. As President of the Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani, Roberto actively promotes Italian culinary culture on both national and international stages. Contributions extend to product consultancy for various companies, including Granarolo S.p.A. and ISF Oristano, alongside a long-standing teaching role at CAST ALIMENTI. Roberto's extensive experience is supported by a diploma from a Hospitality School.
