Nicky Hoyland

Nicky Hoyland has extensive experience in leadership and development roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Huler since July 2019, Nicky previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder at DBLX from October 2013 to July 2019, focusing on HR and learning systems for global clients. Nicky's experience at EE from June 2010 to November 2013 includes roles as Change & Product Development Partner and Development Specialist, where responsibilities included developing engaging learning solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to measure ROI. Early career experience at ANS Group plc as an Account Manager involved new business and account development. Nicky holds a BA Hons degree from the University of Central Lancashire.
