Karen Duncan, MS, GSP, CSHS, PSSH has extensive work experience in occupational safety, emergency management, and environmental coordination. Karen currently holds the position of Corporate Safety Analyst at DBM Global Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Safety Coordinator at GrayWolf Integrated Construction Company, where they conducted thorough safety inspections and collaborated with safety consortiums. Karen also has experience as a Safety & Environmental Coordinator at Kimball Electronics, where they demonstrated excellent communication skills and obtained various certifications related to safety and compliance.

Karen Duncan completed their education at Eastern Kentucky University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Safety, Security & Emergency Management with a focus on Occupational Safety. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Certified Public Sector Safety & Health Fundamentals for Construction and Certified Safety & Health Specialist, CSHS, both obtained in October 2018. Karen also became a Graduate Safety Practitioner, GSP, in October 2020 through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
