Darlene Joy Uy

Darlene Joy Uy is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as VP of the Leadership Institute at DBS Bank since January 2023. Previously, Darlene held the position of Global Learning Manager for Leadership Development at Unilever, where Darlene designed and delivered leadership programs for top talent. Darlene has extensive experience as an affiliate consultant with Awaken Group and as co-founder and Chief People Developer at My Working Title, a career design startup. Darlene's background also includes leadership roles at Essilor and Halogen Foundation Singapore, and significant contributions to Procter & Gamble in various operational roles. Darlene holds an Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD and a BS in Industrial Engineering from De La Salle University.
