Paul Fraser

Paul Fraser is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in treasury and institutional foreign exchange sales. Currently, Paul serves as the Managing Director and Head of Treasury and Markets at DBS Bank since February 2015. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at BNP Paribas as Managing Director and Head of Institutional FX and Interest Rate Sales for Asia from 2007 to 2013, and at the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation as Head of Institutional FX Sales for Asia from December 2000 to April 2007. Earlier in Paul's career, Paul worked at HSBC from 1992 to 2000, where responsibilities included managing Institutional FX Sales and Treasury Credit Risk Management.
