Shoma Narayanan

Shoma Narayanan is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Managing Director of Group Strategic Marketing and Communications at DBS Bank since July 2019, Shoma focuses on digital marketing, data analytics, and content production. Before joining DBS Bank, Shoma held several senior roles at HSBC India from September 2000 to July 2019, including Managing Director and Executive Director, where responsibilities encompassed marketing for Wealth Management, customer propositions, and retail banking. Early career experience includes a role at ICICI Bank in 1999, contributing to the launch of personal loans and managing sales for credit cards. Shoma holds a PGDBM in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecom from Govt Engineering College, Jabalpur.
