Kirra Jarratt

Kirra Jarratt is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in civil legal aid and public service. Serving as Chief Executive Officer at the DC Bar Foundation since January 2014, Jarratt leads efforts to ensure equal access to justice for all residents of the District of Columbia. Previous roles include Legislative Counsel at the American Bar Association and General Counsel for the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services in the DC Office of the Attorney General. Additionally, Jarratt has held positions as Assistant General Counsel at the Child & Family Services Agency, Founding Partner at Jarratt & Jarratt, PLLC, Legislative Director for Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton, and Counsel for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Jarratt holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School, an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University, and a high school diploma from The Pingry School.
