Caleb Bess

Caleb Bess currently serves as the Library Support Coordinator at the DC Public Library, a position held since July 2016, where responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Branch Manager, scheduling for Information and Circulation Desks, and serving as Person on Duty in the manager's absence. Prior to this role, Caleb was a Library Associate, conducting programming for children and teens, managing volunteers, and promoting library events. Before joining the DC Public Library, Caleb worked as a Program Coordinator at the American University Washington College of Law, supporting projects focused on prison reform and providing administrative assistance. Caleb holds a degree in Anthropology with a focus on Urban Development and Economic Revitalization from Washington University in St. Louis.
