Steve Fagerwold

Steve Fagerwold is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the escrow and real estate industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at DC Painting, Inc. since August 2019, Steve previously held the same role at Oakwood Escrow from September 2014 to January 2019. Steve's experience also includes working as an Escrow Assistant at Granite Escrow Services and as an Associate Broker at both Eagle Home Mortgage and MetroTrust Mortgage. Steve Fagerwold holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from San Diego State University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
