Paul Calton

Paul Calton is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. At DCA Design International, Paul serves as Software Skill Leader and Senior Software Engineer, overseeing software and hardware development teams and managing multi-million-dollar projects. Previously, Paul held the position of Technology Manager at nVent Thermal Management, where responsibilities included full product lifecycle management and regulatory approvals, and led a growing team of engineers. Earlier career highlights include roles as Firmware and Software Team Lead and Embedded Firmware Developer at Pentair Thermal Management, as well as a Software Engineer at Titan Products, focusing on embedded software development for HVAC systems. Paul holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
