Richard Steyne is an experienced Programme Manager in the Policy and Research Division at DCAF - Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance, where responsibilities include project design, implementation, and monitoring aimed at enhancing security sector governance in the post-Soviet region. With a background as Project Officer focusing on Eastern Europe, South Caucasus, and Central Asia, Richard has contributed to significant projects like the reform of the Ukrainian Intelligence Service and capacity-building for civil society organizations in Central Asia.
