Chris Defiore

Chris DeFiore has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at DCB Hospitality Group since September 2016. Prior to this, Chris held the position of General Manager at Saddle Ranch Chop House from February 2015 to September 2016 and worked as Food and Beverage Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas from January 2013 to February 2015. Chris began the career at Yard House Restaurants, progressing from Server to Manager between February 2005 and January 2013. Chris earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Rancho Santiago Canyon College and furthered education at California State University, Fullerton.
