Stephan Paolino, MBA, PMP, CSM, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stephan currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at DCCA since December 2018. Prior to this role, Stephan worked as a Senior IT Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente from 2015 to 2018, where they successfully completed a major project within a short timeframe.

Stephan's previous experience includes serving as the Director of Account Management at PatientSafe Solutions in 2014, where they established and directed a division responsible for customer projects and relationship management, resulting in significant revenue growth. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as an Account Manager at CliniComp, Intl., managing a large number of hospital clients and exceeding their peers in client management.

Before entering the private sector, Stephan served in the US Army from 1996 to 2007, holding various technical and leadership positions. As a Captain in the Signal Corps, they fulfilled roles such as Chief Technology Officer, Company Commander, Executive Officer, and Platoon Leader, managing budgets, inventory, and administration for various IT units.

Stephan's earlier experience includes working as a Product Manager/Project Manager at Retail Pro International, LLC from 2002 to 2010, where they handled a portfolio of high-value international client accounts and utilized agile methods for software implementation and development processes.

Stephan obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in History and Leadership from the University of Florida.

In addition to their formal education, Stephan has acquired various certifications. In 2013, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2015, they earned the Change Management Specialist (CMS) and Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP) certifications from the Management and Strategy Institute. Recently, in September 2022, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
