Erika Barnett

Erika Barnett currently serves as SVP of Enterprise Business Development at DCG ONE, leading efforts to enhance agency and client growth through strategic oversight and innovative solutions. As the Business Owner and CEO of Salish Sea Brewing Company, Barnett oversees operations of a popular brewpub in Snohomish County. Previous roles include Client Service Director at Ten Gun Design, Sr. Sales and Marketing Planning Consultant at Lenati, and various director-level positions at Microsoft, where Barnett spearheaded significant marketing initiatives impacting over $3 billion in sales. Early career experience includes roles at Wunderman and Young & Rubicam Brands, with a strong foundation in account management and advertising. Barnett holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Psychology from Western Washington University and an Associate degree from Wenatchee Valley Community College.
