Bob Tracz

Bob Tracz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as the Chief Financial Officer at DCH Health System starting from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at UH/Lake Health as the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2023, where they developed and executed an action plan to address financial issues and reduced net AR days. From 2010 to 2016, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Sylvania Franciscan Health, achieving positive operating margins. Bob also served as the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Lake Health from 2001 to 2010, successfully improving the operating margin and reducing net days in accounts receivable. Additionally, Bob has experience as the Group Vice President at Quorum Health Resources, where they provided operational oversight and strategic direction for multiple nonprofit community-based hospitals. Bob also worked as the Controller at HCA Bayonet Point Regional Medical Center, responsible for general accounting and financial reporting.

Bob Tracz received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida in 1982. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Policy and Administration from Mercer University, which was completed in 1993. In addition, Bob Tracz holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, obtained in Georgia in 1990.
