Filipe Neto

Filipe Neto is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Porminho since December 2022. In this role, Filipe is responsible for defining HR management models to develop the organization, implementing and improving HR processes, and overseeing recruitment, selection, and employee integration. Filipe also promotes internal communication and talent engagement while managing occupational health services and labor relations. Previously, Filipe held significant HR positions at JFAlmeida as Group Human Resources Director and at various other companies, including roles as HR Manager and HR Generalist. Filipe holds a Licentiate degree in Human Resources from the Instituto Politécnico do Porto. Additionally, Filipe is involved as an Associate at DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano.
