Virginia Garda

Virginia Garda currently serves as the Human Resources Director at L'Oréal, leading a dedicated team that focuses on advising and developing teams to ensure business sustainability. Additionally, Virginia holds the position of Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communication, Sustainability at AGH Asociación de Gestión Humana and is the President of the Executive Council for the same organization. Virginia is also a Board Member and President at DCH - Organización Internacional de Directivos de Capital Humano, Europe's and Latin America's largest association of HR executives. Previous experience includes serving as HR Manager and HR Analyst at DHL, as well as internships in selection and human resources. Virginia holds a Diploma in Human Resources from Universidad ORT Uruguay and a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga'.
