Wyatt Rusch

Wyatt Rusch is a talented professional with diverse experience in talent acquisition, real estate, and training management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DCM Services since April 2023, Wyatt also holds a position as a Real Estate Agent at Roseth Realty since February 2022. Previously, Wyatt worked at National Recoveries, Inc. as a New Hire Trainer, Manager, and in the Special Assistance Unit from July 2018 to November 2021. Wyatt's early career includes experience as a Laborer at Strata Development Corporation (June 2015 - August 2017) and as a Host at Badlands Bar & Grill (April 2013 - June 2014), where expertise in teamwork and communication was developed. Wyatt earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of North Dakota between 2014 and 2018.
