JoAnn Siros has over 30 years of work experience in various roles, with a focus on human resources management. JoAnn is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at DCOR, L.L.C. since July 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Human Resources Manager at VSolvit from August 2015 to June 2016.

From July 2005 to January 2015, JoAnn held the position of Human Resources Director/Human Resources Manager at Synectic Solutions, Inc. JoAnn Siros, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Management from California State University, Northridge. JoAnn attended the university from 1986 to 1989.

In addition to their degree, JoAnn Siros has obtained additional certifications. In December 2007, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Later, in July 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM.
