Peter Mays has extensive experience in customer service and technical support within manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Customer Service Sales & Technical Support at D&D Technologies since May 2017, Peter Mays leads the technical aspects of the Frenchs Forest Customer Service Team for a company recognized as a global leader in polymer-based hardware for the fencing industry. Previously, Peter Mays worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Roband, focusing on warranty and spare parts for high-end hospitality equipment. Earlier experience includes a role as ICT Project Manager at Syndeticom Electrical & Communications, where responsibilities encompassed project management, pre-sales, and estimating. Peter Mays holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Australia, expected to complete in December 2023, and received foundational education at Horsham Technical School.
