John Lucas

John Lucas currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at DDB Group Philippines, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, John was the Chief Executive Officer at Grey Philippines from July 2018 to March 2024. John’s extensive experience in the advertising industry includes significant leadership roles, such as Group Managing Director at DDB and Tribal DDB from February 2013 to July 2018 and Managing Director at Tribal DDB from June 2008 to July 2018. Additionally, John held the position of Managing Director & Chief Marketing Officer at DDB Philippines from November 2011 to January 2013, and Managing Director of Tribal DDB PHI from 2008 to 2011. John also served as VP-Client Service Director at Draftfcb from March 2004 to May 2008 and participated as a Screener and Hearing panelist at ACRC / ADBOARD during the same years. Moreover, John worked as AVP-Group Account Director at Image Dimensions from 1995 to 2004. John holds an education credential from San Beda College.
