Heidy Enriquez

Heidy Enriquez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and culture management. Currently serving as Culture Hub Manager and People and Culture Manager at DDB GROUP PHILIPPINES since November 2016, Heidy has developed a robust expertise in fostering organizational culture. Prior to this role, Heidy held key positions at various firms, including Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at DDB Philippines, Inc. and Senior Human Resource Associate at Publicis AMA. Heidy began a career in human resources as an Assistant at AMA-DDB Needham Philippines, Inc. after earning a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science, Psychology from Miriam College in 1995.
