Zoe Allen is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in both marketing and human resources. Currently serving as the Marketing & HR Director at DDC Dolphin since May 2016, Zoe has held multiple roles within the company, including Marketing Director and Marketing & Product Innovation Director, focusing on B2B customer engagement and strategic communication initiatives. Additionally, Zoe is the Marketing Director at Hygenex since February 2021 and previously worked at Fitness First UK, where responsibilities included managing PR and social media strategies during a significant global re-brand. Zoe also has a background in education as a part-time tutor at Poole Adult Learning and has earned an MBA in Management and Leadership, alongside a CIM Diploma in Digital Marketing and a Mini MBA in Marketing.
