Niraj Barethiya

Niraj Barethiya has over 29 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Niraj is currently the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at D'DECOR HOME FABRICS, where they are responsible for driving cultural transformation and advising management on HR strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Finolex Industries Ltd and Premium Transmission Private Limited. Niraj also held HR management positions at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, Suzlon Group, Bridgestone India, Mahindra and Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, and TTK Biomed Ltd. Their expertise includes succession planning, change management, talent management, and employee relations.

Niraj Barethiya completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Micro-Biology & Chemistry from Nagpur University in the years 1986 to 1989. Niraj then pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree specializing in Human Resources from Nagpur University, which they completed from 1989 to 1991. In 1999, Niraj attended the Welingkar Institute of Management to complete a Management Development Program focused on General Management.
