Golam Arif Rabbani, MSCE, EIT, is an experienced hydrology and hydraulics professional with a strong educational background in civil engineering. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at DDG since May 2021, Golam Arif has expertise in modeling with HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS. Prior roles include Staff Engineer at infraTECH Engineers & Innovators, where flood condition analysis and mapping were key responsibilities, and a Post Masters Research Associate at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, focusing on hydrologic modeling for stream flow estimation. Golam Arif's earlier experience includes graduate research at Washington State University, improving evapotranspiration models, and as a Junior Engineer at the Institute of Water Modelling, where involvement in national projects addressed local hydrological and erosion issues. Golam Arif holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Hydrology, from Washington State University and a Bachelor's degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
