Roz Beddall

Roz Beddall is the current Operations Manager at De Armond Management. Roz has over 7 years of experience in the field of conference and event management. Prior to their current position, Roz served as Special Projects Leader at Podium Conference & Association Specialists for 3 years, where they were responsible for company-wide collaboration and engagement, researching conference venue options, managing Request for Proposal processes, generating client/event related documents/templates, and supporting event managers in client servicing activities. Roz took a 1-year maternity leave from January 2016 to January 2017 before returning to their role as Special Projects Leader at Podium Conference & Association Specialists. Roz left this position in 2020 to assume their current role at De Armond Management.

Roz Beddall has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria.

They work with Hunter Fraser - Finance Manager, Jordan Paterson - People & Culture Manager, and Gail McHardy - Sr. Conference & Association Manager & Manager of Staff Development. Roz Beddall reports to Marischal De Armond, President/CEO.
