Roz took a 1-year maternity leave from January 2016 to January 2017 before returning to their role as Special Projects Leader at Podium Conference & Association Specialists. Roz left this position in 2020 to assume their current role at De Armond Management.

Roz Beddall has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria.
