Alexandra Zimmer

Alexandra Zimmer has a diverse work experience in the fashion and jewelry industry. Alexandra is currently the Head of Supply Planning Diamonds & Jewellery at De Beers Group, where they previously held the roles of Head of Diamond Sourcing and Diamond Sourcing Manager. Before joining De Beers Group, Alexandra founded their own company called ZIMMER, which focused on fine jewelry and casual luxury e-commerce. Prior to that, they worked at Burberry in various supply chain planning and sourcing roles, including Supply Chain Planning Manager, Supply Planning Manager, and Production Coordinator. Alexandra also gained experience as an International Sales Assistant at Current Elliot, VINCE, Equipment, and Lily and Lionel.

Alexandra Zimmer has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Universität Siegen, where they studied English, French, Law & Business from 2004 to 2007. Alexandra also attended Universite de Savoie during 2005 and 2006 as part of their Bachelor's degree. In 2008 and 2009, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Management at the University of Bristol. In 2014, they obtained a Supply Chain Management Diploma from Cranfield University. Most recently, in 2022, they completed a program in Sustainable Supply Chain Management at the University of Cambridge.
