Constantijn Voogt

Constantijn Voogt is a seasoned professional in corporate law, currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Ronald McDonald Kinderfonds and as a Member of the Advisory Board at Radboud Business Law Institute | OO&R. As a Partner and Civil Law Notary at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek since June 2001, Constantijn Voogt specializes in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and provides extensive counsel to both Dutch and international companies on corporate matters, including restructurings and joint ventures. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at De Brauw’s London office from 2005 to 2007, where guidance was provided to large international entities and financial institutions on cross-border transactions.
