Antoinette van der Stouwe

Antoinette van der Stouwe currently serves as the Head of Global Customer Service at DE-CIX since January 2022. In addition, Antoinette has held the position of Manager Service Delivery Management at Interxion Deutschland GmbH since October 2017, overseeing a team responsible for the care of the top 60 customers in Germany. Antoinette's prior experience includes roles such as Customer Care Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific Germany, Head of Service Management at NTT Europe Ltd., and Customer Support Manager at Level 3 Communications, among others. Antoinette began a career in customer support at MCI, further developing skills across various organizations including Verizon Deutschland GmbH. Antoinette holds a degree in Nutrition Sciences from HAN University of Applied Sciences and a Fachhochschulreife from CCC Zwolle.
