Moniek Noordermeer-Berents is a sustainability consultant with extensive experience in enhancing operational efficiency within the food industry. Currently serving as a Sustainability Excellence consultant at Sustènce Consultancy and as a Support Duurzaamheid at Anur Halal Food Group, Moniek focuses on sustainability assessments and materiality analysis. In previous roles, Moniek has led the sustainable production program at De Graaf Bakeries and contributed to optimizing operations at innocent drinks. With a history of implementing continuous improvement initiatives at The Kraft Heinz Company and a solid foundation in quality management from AVEBE, Moniek holds a Master’s degree in Food Process Technology from Wageningen University & Research and is actively pursuing further education in sustainability and operational excellence.
