Eleni Deftou

Eleni Deftou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development and sales management. Since August 2015, Eleni has been serving as a Learning and Development Manager and previously held the position of Area Sales Manager at Lidl Hellas. Prior to that, Eleni worked at Leroy Merlin Greece from August 2012 to July 2015 as an Assistant Product Manager in the Hardware/Wood Department and contributed as an intern on the "Demarche Leader" project, focusing on chain-store operations and best practices. Eleni's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Total Quality Management (TQM) from the University of Piraeus, complemented by a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Ioannina.
