Huib de Zeeuw

Huib de Zeeuw is a seasoned journalist and educator with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as a Docent Journalistiek at Hogeschool Utrecht since January 2021, Huib has developed a robust career as a Freelance Journalist at NRC Media since May 2014, holding roles such as editor for nrc.nl and overseeing nrc.nl/carrière. Additionally, Huib contributes as a Freelance Journalist for De Groene Amsterdammer and previously held the position of guest correspondent focusing on the Middle East at De Correspondent. With a background in research related to energy and climate at both De Correspondent and Investico, Huib has also taught English and Dutch language courses at ROC van Amsterdam. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede.
