Jan Maarten Kruyt has extensive experience in the culinary and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as an adviser at The Farm Kitchen since April 2022, Jan Maarten collaborates with local regenerative farmers to create meals using their daily harvest. Additionally, Jan Maarten is involved as a fundraiser for the Black Jaguar Foundation, focusing on reforestation in Brazil, and as a facilitator and community committee member for the Foundation for Natural Leadership, advocating for sustainable leadership practices. Previous roles include a position as an initiator at Holy Moly Pizza and founding De Kookfabriek BV, which operates cooking studios across several Dutch cities, as well as Klok & Kruyt Hospitality Services BV. Jan Maarten holds degrees from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and Hotelschool Groningen.
