Stephanie Pervin

Stephanie Pervin has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR for Digital Transformation, Enabling Functions, and Corporate Change at De La Rue since September 2010. Prior roles at De La Rue include HR Business Partner in Change & Transformation and Innovation & Technology. Previously, Stephanie held HR Business Partner responsibilities at Surface Technology International Limited, managing HR for 330 employees in a manufacturing and commercial setting. Earlier experience also includes roles as HR Advisor and HR Coordinator at The Compliance Group. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from Solent University and a BA (Hons) in Business Management with HR Management from the University of Winchester.
