Karen Fletcher

Karen Fletcher is a seasoned data management professional with extensive experience in environmental data analysis and management. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at de maximis Data Management Solutions, Inc., since August 2022, Karen has focused on enhancing EQuIS data workflows, developing field sampling templates, and ensuring data integrity. Prior to this role, Karen worked at ERM: Environmental Resources Management for over two decades, holding multiple titles including Senior Data Manager, where responsibilities included managing complex data sets, leading data management for ecological risk assessments, and standardizing data workflows. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from PennWest California.
