Bridget Donoghue

Bridget Donoghue has over three decades of experience in human resources, with a strong leadership background in both educational and governmental sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of People Services at De Montfort University since January 2018, Bridget has previously held titles such as Assistant Director of HR and Head of Human Resources within the same institution. Prior to this role, Bridget dedicated nearly two decades to Nottingham City Council, where positions included Head of HR, HR Business Partner, and HR Generalist. Bridget's career began at Nottingham County Council, where foundational HR experience was gained as an HR Generalist from March 1990 to February 1998.
