Manon Pelzer is a Project Engineer at De Smet Engineers & Contractors (DSEC) since November 2015. Prior experience includes conducting a master's thesis on the development of a continuous microreactor for the photocatalytic treatment of liquid effluents at the Laboratory of Chemical Engineering, University of Liège, from 2013 to June 2015, and serving as a Student Assistant, supervising first-year engineering students in chemical labs. Additionally, an internship was completed at the Centre de Recherches Métallurgiques (CRM Group) in 2014, focusing on impedance measurements on galvanised steel coated with Easyfilm®. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the University of Liège, complemented by participation in the Erasmus Programme at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Geological Engineering from the University of Liège.
