Mike de Hoog

Mike de Hoog is a seasoned corporate recruiter with extensive experience in the recruitment and HR sectors. Currently employed at de Vereende since July 2020, Mike is responsible for the complete recruitment process, including strategic and operational hiring across various levels as well as process optimization through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Previous roles include recruitment consultant for YER, HR assistant at Hyva, and customer contact specialist at Aegon Nederland. Mike has also contributed to strategic consulting as a graduate intern at Hanse Staalbouw and managed sponsor relationships while working as account manager at Forze Delft. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam and advancing towards a Master's degree in Leadership & Management at the University of Amsterdam, Mike combines academic knowledge with practical experience in various roles since 2009.
