Davide Fonti

Davide Fonti is a Private Equity Senior Associate at DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR, involved with the Private Equity Team on Taste of Italy I & II since January 2023. Prior to this role, Davide was a Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Associate at Intesa Sanpaolo from February 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing LBO transactions, preparing credit applications, and collaborating with rating desks. Davide's experience also includes serving as an Analyst in the CIB Graduate Program at UniCredit, where involvement spanned across Leveraged Finance, DCM, Credit Analysis, and CIB Coverage, as well as a role as a Leveraged Finance Off-Cycle Analyst. Earlier experience includes a position as a Credit Research Off-Cycle Analyst at IlliquidX, focusing on distressed credit research and portfolio valuation. Academically, Davide holds a Master of Science in Management Engineering and Business Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, respectively, and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Production Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
