Paul Heinmiller

Paul Heinmiller has extensive experience in engineering and solutions architecture, with a significant tenure at Deacom, an ECI Software Solution, from March 2004 until retirement. Prior to this role, Paul served as VP of Engineering at ORCA Industries, Inc. from April 1987 to 1997. Paul holds a Master of Science in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science Engineering from the University of Michigan.
