Kay Chiodo

Kay Chiodo has been working in the field of communication for the deaf and hard of hearing since 1989. Kay founded Vital Signs, Inc. in 1989 and has been the CEO of Deaf Link, Inc. since 2002. At Deaf Link, Inc., they provide Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) for local, city, state and federal facilities, and has developed the Accessible Hazard Alert System (AHAS) for the inclusion of persons with Sensory Disabilities into emergency preparedness before, during and after a disaster.

Kay Chiodo attended Cabot High School from 1968 to 1971 and is currently enrolled at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
